Role Purpose:
With specific responsibility for Accounts Receivable Processing, this role includes supporting the delivery of monthly/annual financial reports, budget monitoring, and banking oversight. Responsibilities include ensuring transactional data accuracy for reporting purposes, monthly invoicing & accruals, and credit/debit control. Contribution to support and deliver Twelve15's income target.
Representative Accountabilities:
1. Analysis, Reporting & Documentation: Provide and manipulate data for statistical purposes and run and present standard reports. Prepare and dispatch a range of correspondence/documents for efficient responses to inquiries.
2. Service Delivery: Deliver a range of administrative and customer/consultancy services to agreed standards, maximizing service quality and continuity. Respond to everyday inquiries from colleagues and customers.
3. Planning & Organising: Support senior staff/service teams, ensuring confidentiality and assisting in organizing internal/external meetings. Plan and prioritize own work activities for operational efficiency.
4. Finance/Resource Management: Follow established ordering procedures to ensure adequate resources are available.
5. Work with Others: Maintain a network of contacts for issue resolution and communicate with service users through established routine connections.
6. People Management: Guide junior staff in their duties to facilitate development and ensure routines are observed.

Personal Characteristics:
Relevant HR, management, communication, business administration, or financial qualification to NVQ Level 2/3, or evidence knowledge in the relevant discipline. Familiarity with specific processes used in the discipline, competent in IT tools, and ability to work collaboratively to achieve objectives. Strong written and oral communication skills, good administrative/organizational and analytical skills, and ability to prioritize workload are essential. Previous relevant work experience and the ability to guide and support junior colleagues are also required.
