Experience in fast-paced environments such as manufacturing/engineering. Proven track record of implementing HR strategy, focusing on performance management, employee engagement, and growth transformation. Confident and proficient in training design and delivery. Ability to identify development needs and plan career journeys. Proficient in IT, social media platforms, MS Office, HR Systems, and reporting.
