About the Role
As a Trainee Enforcement Agent, you’ll play a key role in supporting individuals to resolve their debts, all while assisting local authorities in recovering funds to reinvest into vital community services.
You will receive full training through our industry-leading academy, equipping you with the skills and certifications to excel in this challenging yet rewarding career.
Key Responsibilities
* Visiting properties to arrange payments of outstanding debts.
* Setting up repayment plans and advising individuals on managing their financial situations.
* Completing paperwork and compiling concise reports.
* Assessing vulnerability and offering guidance or signposting to support services where needed.
* Handling cash payments and collaborating with office-based colleagues.
* Taking control of goods or removing goods when legally required.
* Traveling independently to various locations daily, often managing your own schedule.

Additional Information
This is a full-time, permanent position requiring 40 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends to meet individuals at home.
