If you think this is you, we would love to hear from you A bit about the job: This is a unique and challenging role that requires a blend of technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and creative thinking. You will collaborate with areas of Personal Lines to understand existing agent workflows and, using Verint Desktop Analytics software, map desktop processes, analyse data, provide actionable insights on how to improve our business operations and support the development of optimised processes. You will be expected to present your insight and recommendations to key stakeholders throughout the business by sharing outputs in PowerPoint presentations. You will also use Customer Flow Analytics to support regulatory requirements and maintain robust governance practices around the handling of sensitive and confidential data. Skills and experience we're looking for: Confident in quickly mastering new technology and processes. Ability to use process mapping techniques to identify opportunities for improvement. Analytically minded with excellent attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint together with strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues.
