About the role
The role reports to the Head of Central Reporting and locally to the UK and IE head of transversal. As part of the Performance Management team within our Operations Performance & Productivity division, this role directly reports to the Regional Lead Performance Europe 2. The Data Analyst - Business Intelligence role is responsible for providing accurate and comprehensive visibility of Operations performance to business owners, including Activity, Quality, and Productivity indicators for all LoBs in the British & Irish Bus. The primary duty of the Business Intelligence Analyst is to transform data into insights that can help improve the value of the business. This role is crucial as the organization uses data to discover areas of revenue loss and identify areas that need improvement to increase the company's profits. The Analyst will enable all stakeholders to make better and quicker decisions, ultimately improving Operations' performance and employee engagement.
What you will do
* Identify, collect and analyse the needs in terms of KPIs and dashboards required by the business stakeholders, including call center leaders, management, and other functions.
* Develop a framework to collect/store raw data from different sources, transforming it into agreed-upon KPIs, displayed in comprehensive regular dashboards at different frequencies (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly).
* Monitor and analyse performance trends and proactively deliver alerts and actionable insights to relevant decision-makers.
* Work closely with the headquarter team to ensure a successful local implementation of the global business intelligence tool (Power BI based).
* Support business owners in preparing performance review presentations and act as a point of contact for the Headquarter to provide additional/ad-hoc KPI and analysis under agreed deadlines.
* Document the business intelligence operating procedure, continuously updated/improved based on process evolutions and feedback from internal customers.
* Collaborate and share best practices with team members, undertaking any additional tasks as required.

What you will bring
* College degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics/Applied Statistics, Finance or a related field
* Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a data analyst/scientist/engineer, in a customer-focused and performance-driven organization
* Good knowledge in query and programming languages such as SQL, JavaScript
* Experience in using ETL tools such as Pentaho, SSIS, and reporting tools like SSRS, Report Builder.
* Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, MicroStrategy, Tableau.
* Experience in Data management, Big Data, WFM, CRM, and Telephony systems is a strong advantage.
* Ability to multitask effectively
* Fast learner, able to work well under pressure, with a good team spirit.
* Good problem-solving skills
* Self-motivated with a positive attitude
