HR & Payroll Administrator
Location: Hitchin
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Salary: £32,500

I’m looking for an experienced HR & Payroll Administrator to join a well-established business going through an extensive period of growth.
As an HR & Payroll Administrator, you will work alongside the Finance Director and the HR Manager. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Data Analysis through Excel
* Assisting the recruitment process
* Maintenance and upkeep of HR Files/Processes
* Running reports – including data changes
* Checking timesheets/pay increases
To be considered for this position, candidates must have extensive experience using Excel as it is the main system and experience with manual payroll data input.
