They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring organizational efficiency and effectiveness. This is a full-time, permanent role attracting a salary of up to £60,000 plus benefits.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing human resources functions, driving financial performance through P&L management, and optimizing operational processes. This role requires strategic leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
1. Oversee daily operational activities to maximize efficiency and productivity.
2. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline processes.
3. Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
4. Collaborate with other departments to enhance workflow and overall business performance.
5. Work closely with Directors to drive growth across the Group.
Human Resources (HR) Management:
1. Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development programs.
2. Oversee employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
3. Manage the relationship with external HR support.
Profit & Loss (P&L) Management:
1. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
2. Analyze financial statements to track revenue, expenses, and profitability.
3. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategic financial initiatives.
4. Drive financial performance by setting and achieving P&L targets.
Leadership & Team Development:
1. Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
2. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
3. Conduct performance evaluations and support career development plans.
About You:
1. Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar leadership role.
2. Strong knowledge of people management, financial management, and operational processes.
