We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly-motivated Nursing Associate to join our friendly, supportive and exciting family team on Ward H3 at Salford Royal Care Organisation, part of the Northern Care Alliance.
You will work as part of the multi-disciplinary health care team providing planned care and delivering the highest standards of patient care within Ward H3. The role is exciting and challenging, where compassion, teamwork, excellent communication skills, emotional resilience, and initiative are paramount. H3 is a 25-bedded Renal Ward, with patients at a variety of different stages of kidney failure, including end-stage renal failure patients who require inpatient dialysis.
Training will be provided to the successful candidate.
You will need to have experience of working in an acute hospital environment or community setting as well as a Nursing Associate qualification at level 4. Experience of working with patients with acute medical conditions would be an advantage.
