Legal Administrator - Suffolk

Location: Framlingham / Halesworth
Full-Time position + Monday - Friday
9am - 5pm + Excellent Benefits
An opportunity has arisen for a Legal Administrator with A Levels at grade C or above to join a well-established law firm.
In this role, you will support the Private Client department with its administrative needs.
You will be responsible for:
1. Handle queries in person and via telephone, accurately take messages, and relay them to appropriate staff.
2. Perform scanning, photocopying, and general document filing both electronically and physically.
3. Manage incoming and outgoing post.
4. Support with internal data tracking and various administrative tasks as required.
What we are looking for:
1. Previously worked as a Legal Administrator or in a similar role.
2. Ideally have experience working in a law firm.
3. GCSE with at least Grade B in English and Maths.
4. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
5. Skilled in Microsoft Office.
6. Full UK driving licence.
