Salary: £55,000- £78,500 depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights. London weighting may be applicable for this role.
This role will be mapped to the position of HR Business Partner.

Job Introduction
We’re in search of an exceptional individual to join our People Experience team.
You’ll have a specific focus on developing our culture by working with teams across the BBC to understand insights and trends in HR and ER cases. You’ll understand the root causes of these cases and design innovative solutions that create a great place to work. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that prioritise colleague wellbeing, satisfaction, and engagement. Your efforts will enable colleagues at the BBC to do their best work for our audiences in a high-performing, supportive culture.
Your role will involve conducting research and collaborating with others to implement initiatives that enhance the overall employee journey. To succeed in the role you’ll need to have an understanding of employee relations and have a working knowledge of employment law.

Youll also need an understanding of organisational cultures, and a proven ability to influence positive change through others which will be important for this role.

Are you the right Candidate?
The ideal candidate will have experience or knowledge in the fields of Organisational Development and Employee Relations.
* A portfolio of work evidencing your experience of employee relations (specifically related to handling conflict, grievances, appeals and fact-finds) and basic knowledge of the ACAS codes of practice and fundamentals of employment law.
* Ability to conduct data analysis (qualitative and quantitative) to identify improvement opportunities.
* Evidence of influencing change or innovation.
* Caring passionately about the people experience, putting colleagues at the heart of all that we do and acting with integrity and care.
* Understanding of organisational cultures and/or organisational psychology.
* Evidence of experience in PX methodologies.
* Experience of working with data and insights to improve colleague experiences.
* Evidence of delivering cultural change within organisations.
