School Based Mental Health Therapist – Cambridge-Isanti ISD (Various Roles Available!)
Lighthouse Child & Family Services (LCFS) is seeking motivated and caring Mental Health Therapists (or Clinical Trainees) to join our dynamic School-Linked Behavioral Health (SLBH) team.
Opportunities are available across a range of positions, including Early Childhood Mental Health (ECMH) and elementary-age focused roles in Cambridge, as well as roles serving students of all ages at Woodland Campus in Isanti.

What You’ll Be Doing (Duties/Responsibilities)
* Provide clinical mental health services to students and their families within school district buildings along with in-home and community settings as needed
* Provide individual, family and group psychotherapy or skills training to students and their families
* Complete documentation and data collection in a timely manner
* Demonstrate ability and skills to use EHR system and Microsoft Office products such as Teams and Outlook
* Multitask and collaborate with colleagues while maintaining the ability to work independently, remain organized and maintain client appointments
* Attend school meetings and collaborate with school personnel
* Continue progression towards licensure and follow supervision requirements (if not fully licensed)
* Light cleaning/tidying up your office space as needed
* Other duties as needed to support our clients and team
What You Need (Therapist Requirements/Qualifications)
* An awarded master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
* Be on the path to LMFT, LPCC, LP, LICSW licensure (or already licensed).
* A reliable car, driver’s license, valid auto insurance, and an acceptable driving record.
* Ability to pass a criminal background check facilitated through MN DHS that may include fingerprinting and photo identification.

* In-house Operations Staff: Dedicated staff assigned to duties such as intake/referral processing, appointment and waitlist management, client insurance and billing management, and credentialing support.
* Organic Referral Sources: Receive client referrals from existing agency and community partners.

Compensation and Classification
* Pay Range: $24.50 – $32.69 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
* Job Status: Full-time and Part-time options available
* Job Class: Non-exempt (Maximum 40 working hours/week)
* Full-time (30+ weekly hours): Medical (4 plans and HSA options available), Paid Time Off (PTO), Ten Paid Holidays, SIMPLE IRA with Employer Match
* Part-time (20+ weekly hours): Dental, Vision, Short-term Disability, Supplemental Life AD&D, Group Accident, Hospital Confinement, Dependent Care Flexible Savings Account
