Work alongside the Owner/Operator to provide full leadership of Back of House operations across both restaurant locations. This position’s primary responsibilities include people management and development, management of inventory and equipment, and overseeing food safety and quality. Responsibilities: Lead all Back of House Leaders and Team Members across the organization Oversee recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding Team Members Train and equip Team Members and Leaders Manage labor scheduling and labor cost Maintain food safety and quality standards in line with established Chick-fil-A procedures Inventory and product ordering and management Oversee basic preventative maintenance for kitchen equipment in line with CFA procedures Work with third party vendors to repair equipment as needed Oversee the cleanliness of equipment, supplies, and facilities Qualifications and Requirements: Ability to effectively communicate in English and Spanish Coachable, flexible, and able to work in high stress situations Ability to manage Team Member behavioral and performance issues Organized and punctual Effective communicator that can lead, manage, and support the restaurant teams Available 45 hours a week, including nights and weekends Prior leadership experience or college degree preferred Location: Renaissance Village Apply now to be a part of a dynamic team where your leadership skills will shine and your career will flourish
