As an Operations Coordinator, you will provide proficient and effective coordination and support to the Workshop and Project Management teams to ensure on-time delivery for our customers. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely updates to management systems to improve efficiency, reduce repair lead-times, and lower costs.
Key responsibilities:
* Understand and apply all HSE policies to prevent injuries.
* Manage maintenance, repair, and refurbishment activities to meet customer requirements, collaborating across functions such as planning, engineering, procurement, and quality control.
* Oversee the repair/modification process through ERP systems, including visits, work orders, and operations management.
* Update stakeholders on progress and escalate issues related to delivery or quality risks.
* Manage lifting equipment and coordinate with vendors to maintain accurate lifting gear registers.
* Drive planning and coordination efforts to reduce workshop repair lead-times.
* Initiate OSP requirements for subcontractors.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a workshop-based role.
* Experience in project planning and execution.
* Strong problem-solving, process improvement, and analytical skills.
* Understanding of ERP systems.
* Proficiency with Microsoft applications.
