We’re looking for a Pharmacy Software Trainer ideally located in the Midlands or South who we can train and develop into a remote PMR Software Trainer, delivering PMR user training to community pharmacies across the UK.

What’s involved?
As new pharmacy customers come on board, upgrade, or migrate their existing PMR software (anything from small independents to national groups), user training is delivered as part of the service level agreement. Users are a mix of Pharmacists, Dispensers, technicians, and the wider pharmacy team, all with different levels of PMR knowledge and experience.
You’ll deliver on-site and remote training to various different size teams, ensuring they fully understand the software's functionality, features, and capabilities, enabling them to get the most from the PMR software.
You will also plan and design training programmes for new and existing products and applications, support customers with setup and configuration according to their requirements, and conduct training needs analysis.
Ideally, we’re looking for people with good Pharmacy experience rather than existing training experience, so we are happy to train and develop you on delivering software training. However, we will also consider experienced Software Trainers who are keen to move into the Pharmacy Software training space.
