Working for an expanding niche recruitment company in the centre of Woking. The role will include but is not limited to:
Financial Accounting
1. Journals
2. Bank reconciliations
3. VAT returns
4. Factoring/Invoice discounting month ends
5. Tax
6. Payroll
Management Information
1. Reports
2. Debtor reports highlighting credit risks
3. Cash flow forecasts
4. Year end accounts (help in preparation of)
5. Statutory information
6. Management accounts
Payroll
* Supervising weekly payrolls
* Timesheet management
* Dealing with queries
Other Duties
1. Sales - raising invoices/chasing debtors
2. Purchases invoices/reconciling suppliers
3. Purchases - dealing with creditors/creating payment runs
Skills
* System - Xero
* 4+ years knowledge
* Good Excel skills required
* Able to multitask
* Must be able to clearly communicate between the accounts team and sales office
