You will have a flair for imaginative resourcing solutions, a passion for people and a track record of innovation in delivering customer-focused resourcing solutions.
In this role, you will collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of excellent attraction, selection, and, most importantly, candidate experience.
It is essential to be highly organised and detail-oriented, identifying process and system improvements, using recruitment KPIs when developing resourcing solutions for the Trust.
This role sits within our People and Culture Directorate and your networking and engagement skills will stand you in good stead as you work closely with our services in supporting their resourcing requirements.
This is a part time, up to 30 hours per week, 18 months fixed term role and for those with current NHS service, the role will be offered on a secondment basis only. Please obtain permission to be released on a secondment before submitting an application

To develop and deliver innovative and inclusive resourcing strategies aligned to workforce demands and safe staffing requirements.
To drive a proactive approach to recruitment, enable the Trust to respond to changing workforce demands.
To support the Head of Recruitment and Resourcing in increasing the number of applicants, reduce vacancy rates, time and cost to hire through the development of innovative and inclusive resourcing strategies
Work collaboratively with Trust colleagues to plan Trust representation at any recruitment events.
Work collaboratively as part of the HR team, supporting the recruitment team, working alongside them when required.
To ensure adherence to all statutory and legislative requirements and promote best practice in all aspects of recruitment and selection.
Develop up to date, expert knowledge on inclusive and innovative resourcing strategies.
