Are you a conveyancing assistant with upwards of 18 months residential conveyancing support experience?
Our client, a reputable firm with offices in Horsforth, is looking to recruit an experienced conveyancing assistant to join their team. The role would suit a conveyancing assistant who can demonstrate 18 months plus continuous residential conveyancing experience.
You will be responsible for working alongside a number of experienced residential conveyancers on a caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfer of equity, shared ownership, and remortgage transactions.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Dealing with initial enquiries
2. Requesting property searches
3. Drafting correspondence and contracts
4. Preparing files for exchange and completion
5. Assisting with exchange and completion
6. Liaising with the post-completion team
The firm is great for career progression and will provide ongoing training and support to allow you to move into a fee-earning role if this is what you desire.
