Cover Supervisor – Horncastle, Lincolnshire
Position Overview: We are looking for a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor to join our team and support secondary schools in Horncastle, Lincolnshire. This role involves delivering subject-specific lessons to secondary school students, with all planning and work provided.
Job Details:
* Location: Horncastle, Lincolnshire (various secondary schools in the area)
* Pay: Starting at £110 per day, with potential for increased pay based on experience
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30 (Term Time Only)
Role Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage classes of up to 30 students while delivering pre-planned lessons
* Ensure that students remain on task and engaged throughout the lesson
* Provide support for students' learning needs as required
* Foster a positive and respectful classroom environment
* Manage classroom behavior and ensure school policies are followed
