A Primary school in Bury are looking for an committed and passionate Teaching Assistant to join their KS2 team. Within this role there will be a focus on SEN support, and the successful candidate will be working with the children in small groups and one a 1:1 basis. The school is rated “Good” by OFSTED Framework and they are seeking an educator who is able to support the existing staff in their delivery of a wide-ranging curriculum as well as someone who is able to uphold their values and ethos, centred in the Catholic faith.
This role will require a level of planning prior to the delivery of material.
The school have a positive atmosphere ensuring the wellbeing of their students are catered to by friendly and supportive staff. The team are comprised of experienced and more junior, providing an atmosphere based on knowledge and creativity.
You must have a Level 3 qualification with relevant experience working with primary school children. The school is looking for someone to hit the ground running and provide top quality support to their students, raising attainment and assessing pupils progress.
