What we are looking for We are looking for a Administration & Technical Support Officer to join our team in Waste & Recycling Services. The successful person will share our values, commitment, and motivation to make a difference for our residents, clients, and communities. About the role Working within our small Admin team, we are looking for the right candidate to help us deliver excellent customer service to our residents and businesses. We provide our communities with refuse and recycling bin collections, garden waste collections and business waste services. About you You will have excellent IT and communication skills, with the ability to resolve sometimes complex customer issues via phone, email and face to face contact. The candidate will need a good attention to detail, be able to multi-task and enjoy working within a team.
