To accelerate our ambitious growth plans, we are searching for a dynamic Sales, Marketing and Admin Executive to join our dedicated team.
The Opportunity
This role offers a unique chance to take an active part in driving RedBite’s growth. You will be pivotal in shaping customer relationships and boosting the company’s market presence. Your focus will span sales, sales administration, customer support, marketing activities and administration, ensuring a holistic contribution to the organisation’s growth goals. This is an opportunity to develop and execute strategies that directly impact conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and overall business success. We do not envisage this role to be static. For the right candidate, this role will grow as the needs of the business grow, and the job scope will develop in line with this, offering fantastic opportunities for progression and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:
* Run product demonstrations of itemit.com.
* Proactively engage with potential customers and guide them through the sales funnel.
* Support the sales team by preparing quotes, invoices, and other necessary documentation.
* Meet sales targets to ensure continuous growth in MRR.
* Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell to existing clients.
* Strive for efficiency and improvements in sales processes to maximise performance and revenue generated.
* Processing customer hardware orders
* Engaging with partners to optimise leads and sales.
Sales Administration:
* Manage sales pipeline, tasks and CRM tools daily to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
* Manage email inbox, assisting with queries from leads, new customers, customer support and more.
* Provide administrative support, including preparing reports and managing documentation for sales activities.
Customer Support:
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and on the phone.
* Investigate and resolve customer-reported issues, liaising with the technical team where necessary.
* Maintain high standards of customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Marketing and Growth Initiatives:
* Contribute to creating impactful case studies and customer success stories.
* Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns aimed at increasing free trial conversions, lead to sale conversions and customer engagement.
Administrative Tasks:
* Manage and prioritise a variety of projects and ad hoc tasks as required by the business.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on company objectives.
* Assistance with admin tasks required by the business and team.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in sales, customer support, or a similar role.
* Proven experience demonstrating products online.
* Demonstration of determination, enthusiasm, and a drive to succeed in sales and hitting targets.
* Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
* Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and sales administration processes.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience with platforms such as HubSpot, QuickBooks, Trello, and Slack.
* Knowledge of cloud-based technologies or technical terminology.
* Exposure to the tech industry, particularly IoT or software development.
