In our continuous journey of growth and innovation at Carnival UK, we are seeking a eCommerce Manager to bring fresh insights and expertise to our digital department.

We want to empower our teams to deliver exceptional results, and the eCommerce Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the way we do this.
This exciting new role will manage our P&O Cruises eCommerce team, through effective merchandising, forecasting and gap analysis, whilst supporting UX improvements.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Commercial delivery of our digital revenue targets shore & ship, through ongoing improvements to merchandising & customer experience.
2. Work closely with Development, content & business teams to ensure consistency of guest experiences across all touchpoints and be the guardian of the brand for digital.
3. Feed in at all stages of the development cycle to ensure that any new features are built with the guests’ needs and the P&O Cruises brand identity at the forefront.
4. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of all new cruise launches, coordinating efforts across the digital team to achieve this and be the single point of contact for others across the business.
Positioned within our internal structure from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President), this role is classified as a CUK07, offered as a full-time position, on a permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
Requirements: Your Expertise and Leadership
To thrive as eCommerce Manager, we're looking for:
1. Knowledge of eCommerce concepts and best practice.
2. Previous responsibility for commercial targets in a digital retail business.
3. Strong digital merchandising understanding.
4. Experience in planning and implementing digital development and commercial strategies.
