Unified Communications (UC) is a concept that describes the integration of various enterprise communication tools and services, such as voice, video, messaging, conferencing, presence, and content sharing, into a single, streamlined interface. UC aims to improve user experience and productivity by allowing users to switch seamlessly from one mode of communication to another within a single session, across multiple devices and media types. UC is not necessarily a single product but a set of products that provides a consistent unified user interface and user experience. UC can also encompass other forms of communications that are exchanged via a network, such as digital signage and IPTV. UC is sometimes referred to as unified communications and collaboration (UCC) when it includes collaboration services and tools.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Proactive Tele-Sales Role targeting existing and new customers
2. Assist the internal teams in building solutions specific to your brand and accompanying accessories
3. Introduce specific brands into a new customer base, delivering the information on specific brands remotely and/or in person.
4. First line sales and technical knowledge to support customers for specified brands.
5. Provide exceptional support based on agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and key KPI's
6. Develop in-depth product knowledge of the UC&C/AV portfolio offered by Northamber.
7. Engage with customers, end users and account managers on a day-to-day basis
8. Collaborate and communicate with both internal peers and key stakeholders to progress customer quotes, builds and overcome any issues that may arise competently using all methods of spoken and written communication.
9. Ensure the customer is always updated on progress of their query with clear and progressive action plans and next steps.
10. Take on additional responsibilities as and when required.

3. You are a born 'detective' and love paying attention to details and putting them together to find the solution.
4. Proven record of high customer satisfaction and KPI performance
5. Ability to successfully work both independently and as part of a team.
6. Strong computer skills including Office applications
7. Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
