Dependent on experience At AXA UK, we’ve a fantastic opportunity for an in-house Talent Acquisition Partner to join our friendly Talent Acquisition team on a 6 month fixed term contract. Our core ambition and purpose is to attract, find, assess, and select diverse and engaged talent for AXA, by creating moments that matter at every stage of the recruitment journey. As TA Partner, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies for your recruitment portfolio, across full recruitment lifecycle, to ensure we acquire the best talent for AXA’s future ambition and that we position AXA as an employer of choice. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team, and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. What you'll be doing: Proactively attract, source, and select, through a variety of channels such as LinkedIn, the right people to meet the business needs of today, and the strategic needs of the future. Manage candidates and hiring managers through all aspects of the recruitment process, from agreeing the most appropriate selection and assessment methods, shortlisting candidates, arranging interviews, providing candidate feedback, extending offers, and supporting through the onboarding process. Build and maintain internal and external networks in AXA and the industry to gain a solid understanding of the relevant markets and competitor landscape and be able to provide market intelligence to the people team and hiring managers. Deliver specialist research and analysis to support evaluation of the current state organisation, development and evaluation of future state organisational design propositions, and identification of the costs and business benefits of change. Partner with other members of the TA and HR team as well as your hiring managers, to build and manage a diverse talent pool of candidates and ensure TA requirements across your portfolio are delivered. Coach and guide the hiring manager through the assessment and selection process, ensuring the appropriate selection methods are used to drive objective decision making. What you’ll bring: Previous end-to-end recruitment experience operating as a Recruitment Business Partner/In-House Recruiter is essential. Passion for providing an exceptional candidate experience. Analytical and inquisitive mindset with the ability to produce meaningful MI and Insights. Fantastic networking and stakeholder management skills with the ability to connect to a variety of audiences proactively. Experience of creating resourcing strategies during departmental reorganisations, managing internal and external selection processes is ideal.
