SEN Teaching Assistant – Bishop Auckland

A Primary School in the Bishop Auckland area is looking to appoint a SEN teaching assistant who is a team player, with ambition and energy to join their successful staffing team.
The successful candidate for the role should have experience of curriculum planning and delivering, as well as being a good communicator with high standards of behaviour.
Role Requirements:
* Supporting SEND 121 or small groups
* Good English and Maths skills (GCSE A-C or equivalent)
* Teaching Assistant full time or part time
* Autism awareness training
* Team Teach (desirable)
* Nurturing and patient approach
* Passionate individual, eager to gain teaching experience in Bishop Auckland
* Willingness to provide an environment that will help students reach their full potential, building a strong rapport with students
* Support their social and emotional needs

Salary:
* Teaching Personnel have competitive rates of pay up to £500 per week, which will increase once a permanent contract has been offered following a successful temporary period.
