Key Responsibilities: - Manage the monthly payroll process with high accuracy and efficiency.- Process invoices, payments, and expenses accurately in Xero, ensuring error-free ledgers.- Conduct regular bank reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.- Address invoice queries through excellent client communication.- Handle complex bonus/commission calculations and salary sacrifice arrangements.- Utilise Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, alongside payroll software like Xero to streamline processes.- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and uphold a high level of accuracy in all tasks.- Employ strong analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies effectively.- Exhibit a positive "Can Do" attitude while showcasing outstanding planning and organizational skills. Desirable Skills: - Experience with foreign currencies is advantageous.- Familiarity with month-end reconciliations and VAT return submissions.- Knowledge of P11D & PSA preparation and submission.- Previous experience processing temporary workers in payroll.
