REPORTING TO: Finance Manager
TERM: Fixed Term – Maternity Cover
FULL/PART-TIME: Part time – 21 hours per week

The International Tennis Integrity Agency (ITIA) is an independent body established in 2021 by International Governing Bodies of Tennis (ITF, ATP, WTA and Grand Slams) to promote, encourage, enhance and safeguard the integrity of professional tennis worldwide. The ITIA administers the Tennis Anti-Corruption and Tennis Anti-Doping Programmes and is supervised by a Board which consists of five Independent Directors and four Tennis Member nominated Directors, representing the funders. Purpose of the Role:
This fixed term maternity cover role will work across all finance areas and provide support to the Finance Manager and the Senior Director, Business Services on finance and administration. The ITIA has an estimated turnover of around $17 million dollars for 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
· Input and review of financial and operating data including invoices
· Support to the procure-to-pay process including vendor management and analysis
· Being the main contact for all finance vendors
· Administration of the TACP and TADP fines process
· Managing corporate card expenses process
· Aid with preparation of budgets and monthly financial and operating reports as required
· Process improvement initiatives for vendor management; expenses processes and wider finance initiatives
· Support the Finance Manager with the completion of external financial and operational audits
· Support for preparation of materials for the ITIA Board, relevant Board committees and ad hoc working groups
· Respond to ad hoc queries from the ITIA CEO and other members of the management team
Skills & Experience Required:
Essential:
· Supplier management experience
· Be able to build good relationships across all departments
· Be confident to ensure suppliers and employees provide finance with the correct information as per ITIA procedures
· Be able to perform under pressure, maintain strict confidentiality & prioritise effectively
· Have keen attention to detail with a measured and methodical approach
· Willingness to complete administrative as well as analytical assignments
· Have excellent time management skills
· Have a positive attitude and be the ‘go-to’ person for all finance queries
· Be able to own an issue from creation to resolution
· Strong analytical skills and ability to identify key issues and performance drivers to management as well as ability to provide solutions
· Have excellent written and verbal communication skills including ability to distil analyses into concise management reports
· Be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) & Teams applications
Desirable:
· Experience of Power Bi and Microsoft Business Central
· Experience and a good understanding of scheduling and payroll
· Experience of budget preparation and management reporting
