The School of Medicine is recruiting for a Postdoctoral Research Assistant in Eye and Ear Care Education App Development. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a project that aims to enhance global eye and ear health training through mobile technology. The successful candidate will join the Global Health team at the University of Dundee and will work closely with the Arclight team based at the University of St Andrews.
The project objectives are to:
* Develop a comprehensive mobile application for training and assessing eye and ear care skills.
* Implement and evaluate the app among healthcare students and professionals.
* Collaborate with local software developers to support app creation and maintenance.
Who we're looking for:
* PhD (or soon to be awarded) in a relevant discipline such as Public Health, Medical Education, Optometry, Audiology, or other related allied health sciences.
* Experience in global health education and the training of medical or allied health professionals.
* Strong background in training and assessment in a healthcare setting.
