Horizon Healthcare is looking to recruit patient coordinators who have past experience in the role or experience of working for 111.
Hours offered:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 08:00 - 16:00
Our receptionists deliver a quality reception service, dealing directly with patients, relatives, and carers either face-to-face, by telephone, or digitally. Reception services include general enquiries, booking or cancelling appointments, and logging accurate information (e.g., visit requests). The bulk of the working day will involve working in our call hub, so experience in a call centre environment is desirable.
Previous experience of working in a GP setting is desirable but not essential.
Horizon Healthcare is a friendly city centre practice based over two sites with a diverse population of 24,500+ patients.
We are a three GP Partnership supported by dedicated teams of salaried GPs, nurse practitioners, clinical pharmacists, paramedics, practice nurses, and HCAs, along with support from mental health practitioners, physiotherapists, dieticians, and midwives. We are backed up by an excellent management, administration, and reception team.
We are based over two sites and you may be required to work at any of these.
Wage: Dependent on age.

Pay: £8.60-£11.44 per hour
