As our teams grow, we seek our next Brand Shopper Marketing Manager to join our team.

Every day is different at The Bread Factory, but here are some of the things you will be doing:
1. Build & execute 12-month plans for our brands that align with our brand objectives, category goals, and shopper insights. Set the tools and resources to make this happen.
2. Collaborate closely with our marketing teams across the group to shape the vision & ensure that Grocery is included in overall GAIL’s plans.
3. Leverage the top line marketing plans for our GAIL’s in grocery range and work closely with the GAIL’s creative studio to brief and shape specific GAIL’s campaigns.
4. Manage & track Grocery marketing budget for the year to maximise ROI and track performance against KPIs.
5. Full accountability for the development & execution of fully integrated shopper marketing plans within our key Grocers.
6. Build & nurture external relationships with our key Grocery partners to execute creative plans to drive growth and unlock additional opportunities for our brands.
7. Own & lead on our branded display execution in-stores, ensuring excellent standout & inspiring shoppers to purchase. Manage our external agencies who support compliance to ensure our brand guidelines are always adhered to.
8. Own the packaging development cycle for our Bertinet & Flour station ranges, being the expert in the communication of messaging & brand on-pack.
9. Play a key role in the development of GAIL’s NPD projects in Grocery, being responsible for aligning our plans with the GAIL’s marketing & design teams and working closely with the NPD project manager to drive launches forward.
Our team tells us you will be a great addition if you have experience in:
1. Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry, ideally within a fast-growing brand.
2. Demonstrate a strong track record of delivering marketing campaigns & shopper marketing activation within a dynamic grocery environment.
3. Experience in packaging development & design.
4. Relationship builder: able to build strong relationships cross-functionally internally & externally with our key partners to deliver our plans.
5. Strong project management skillset: Organised and thorough, able to manage multiple projects with an ability to prioritise short and longer-term tasks.
6. Strong presenting, storytelling, and communication skills: You will be able to translate ideas into clear plans and confidently bring to life our brand values externally.
