Guest Service Experts make transactions feel like part of the experience. They are responsible for setting up, breaking down, and transporting event materials, as well as interacting with guests and ensuring a safe and professional work environment.
Main responsibilities include:

* Upholding quality standards
* Ensuring uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional
Guest Service Experts will be on their feet and moving around, and will take a hands-on approach to work, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, less than one year of related work experience, and no supervisory experience.
