What you'll do
You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
* You will be responsible for assisting the Kitchen team in creating bespoke and delectable food which will reflect Alain Ducasse at The Dorchesters 3 Michelin stars, all to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
* You will assist the day-to-day production of the food in the Alain Ducasse Kitchen to ensure the smooth running of their section and to cook any food on a daily basis according to business requirement their day. This will include following all recipes and methods from the Executive Chef and Senior Kitchen team, having basic knowledge on classic patisserie and refinement of pastry skills, ensuring that daily food preparations meet outlined recipes, including portion size, quantity and quality
* Youll also show flexibility and creativity in dealing with diners special requests and challenges that may arise
