Full time Support Worker/Care Assistant

We are recruiting for amazing Support Workers in Totton (SO40).

This role will involve supporting 4 people in their home in Southampton. (2 gentleman and 2 ladies aged between late 40s - 70s). You will support and encourage them to complete all house hold chores and take part in supporting with gardening, trips to the beach, pub, local cafe and going shopping.
You will also support them to maintain relationships with the friends and family, and hopefully support them to go on holiday in the near future.
They have various disabilities including down syndrome and may display behaviours of distress. A part of your role will be to encourage and support with all levels of personal care - Bathing, showering, toilet and shaving, and to also feel comfortable with pushing the people we support in their wheelchairs in the community.
Shift Patterns - 7:30am - 3pm / 10:30am - 6pm / 2:30pm - 10pm / 1 Sleep In per week/ Alternate weekends.
