You won’t just be joining one business; you’ll be part of a group that can offer you variety and development for the whole of your career What’s the role: Prepare all necessary documentation prior to commencing site work, including Site Management Plans, Construction Phase Plans (CPPs), Risk Assessments, and Method Statements for activities performed by directly employed resources. Review and approve subcontractors' site documentation. Manage and control all site activities, ensuring all work is conducted safely and promptly in compliance with Safety, Health and Environmental legislation. Maintain liaison with engineering and operational staff to plan for outages. Ensure completion of all required site documentation, including daily diary sheets, records of delays and changes, and all relevant Safety, Health, and Environmental documents. Maintain records of subcontractor progress and performance. Conduct Site Inductions and regular Toolbox Talks for all personnel visiting and working on the site to ensure safety and compliance. Prepare progress reports as needed, coordinating and liaising with suppliers, specialist subcontractors, in-house functions, site installation, and construction teams. Prepare material and plant requisitions to support site activities and ensure the timely availability of necessary resources What you’ll need: Be well organised, have excellent customer skills and be IT literate in MS Office packages including MS Project. Hold a CSCS/JIB Gold Supervisor Card, or Experienced Worker Red Card working towards NVQ in OWS (Construction). Relevant H&S qualifications (CITB H&S Supervisor Training, SSSTS/SMSTS, First Aid. Demonstrable experience of working within the water and / or sewage industries. A high level of diplomacy and customer focused, strong team player but also able to work as an individual. Ability to prioritise a varied workload and demonstrate good time management to comply with deadlines. Able to work in a busy environment under pressure.
