Support employees with HR system access and updates.Absence Management: Monitor and record employee absences, including sickness, holidays, and other leaves. Provide regular absence reports to management and support the implementation of absence management strategies.Employee Training & Development: Coordinate staff training programs, including booking sessions and maintaining training records. Support employees with professional development plans and track mandatory training compliance. Assist in preparing for HR audits and support ongoing compliance initiatives.Requirements: HR Expertise: Proven experience in HR administration, with knowledge of absence management and training coordination. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in HR systems, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite. Proactive and Organised: A problem-solver who can prioritise tasks effectively and manage competing deadlines. Strong Communication Skills: Confident in building relationships and liaising with employees, managers, and external stakeholders.
