Application Support Analyst Roles & Responsibilities Handle incoming support calls from customers, offering assistance and resolving issues. Monitor and respond to support tickets within the agreed SLAs. Analyse, diagnose, and resolve technical issues; escalate to the development team when necessary. Manage and track support issues using Jira until resolution. Install and customize applications for new clients. Conduct training sessions to onboard new users. Test bug fixes provided by the development team before delivering to customers. Qualifications & Experience Passion for excellence and a strong interest in emerging technologies. Enthusiastic, hands-on learner who picks up new skills quickly. Familiarity and experience with: SQL Windows OS Databases Web servers Remote access tools Experience with Jira (preferred but not required). Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable in an agile, fast-paced environment. You must possess excellent communciation skills couple with a driving licence.
