Energy Acquisition Telesales Consultant

We are expanding our sales team and are looking for enthusiastic, positive Telesales Consultants to join our award-winning company. You will be working with the teams within the energy department, offering great solutions to clients while learning and understanding all products Utility Trade Group offers.
Experience in telesales/sales is required. Energy knowledge is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
The successful candidate will benefit from working with an established, innovative business that has been in the industry for over 10 years.
Responsibilities:
1. Work in a full 360 capacity by calling, acquiring and closing your own sales opportunities.
2. Identify sales opportunities through thorough questioning and effective use of the sales cycle.
3. Eliminate objections using up-to-date market/product information.
4. Present unique solutions which save our customers time, money and reduce their carbon emissions.
5. Develop and maintain trusted relationships with future customers.
6. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and revenue targets and KPIs.
7. Adhere to the sales compliance rules at all times - all sales are generated in line with our quality standards.
8. Accurately complete all customer details and sales information to the required standard on the organisation's CRM system.
9. Consistently pursue and understand your pipeline.
10. Attend ongoing training and coaching sessions.
11. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales journey.
12. Present daily forecasts of upcoming sales to your Team Manager.
Requirements:
1. Self-Motivated and driven.
2. Significant outbound sales experience. Experience within the energy industry in an outbound sales role would be beneficial, although full training will be provided.
3. Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team to achieve targets.
4. Knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Ability to handle pressure of targets and deadlines.
