Due to continued growth and a focus on quality, they are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Team Manager to join their team and help ensure the delivery of exceptional service and compliance across their operations.
The Role:
As the Quality Assurance Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of QA professionals, ensuring adherence to internal standards, industry regulations, and best practices. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement in service quality and operational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead a team of quality assurance specialists, ensuring high performance and ongoing development.
2. This includes managing team performance via development plans and recruitment.
3. Oversee the full QA lifecycle, from planning and testing to reporting and identifying areas for improvement.
4. Work closely with departments including underwriting, claims, and customer service to ensure seamless operations and quality standards.
5. Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies in all QA processes.
6. Analyze performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
7. Support the companys quality control efforts, conducting audits and ensuring operational compliance.
Role Requirements:
8. Significant experience in a quality assurance leadership role, preferably within the life insurance or financial services sectors.
9. Strong understanding of life insurance products, industry regulations, and compliance requirements.
10. Proven track record of successfully managing and developing teams.
11. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
12. Proficiency in QA tools, software, and reporting systems.
