My client is an established organisation currently looking for a temporary HR Assistant. Reporting directly to the HR Manager you will be responsible for the following duties: Managing the recruitment process Setting up and sending out employment contracts Dealing with all starters and leavers Processing payroll Provide updates and ensure compliance with professional standards Assisting with employee relation queries Ensure employment law, HR policies and procedures are applied correctly Control the performance review programme to deliver continuous employee development For this role you will need to be CIPD Level 5 qualified and able to work from the office.
