Due to continued success and business growth, the company is looking to appoint a Business Support Administrator to join their friendly and fast-paced team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and customer-focused professional to take on a varied role that directly supports both internal operations and external client relationships. The Role: In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring their day-to-day needs are met efficiently and professionally. You will handle everything from processing orders and quotations to coordinating logistics and assisting with general enquiries. Working closely with the sales, warehouse, and logistics teams, you’ll play an important part in delivering a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Support the onboarding and ongoing management of customer accounts. Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers. Process customer orders and website enquiries accurately and on time. Generate quotes and source product information as needed. Handle inbound calls, emails, and catalogue requests professionally. Liaise with the warehouse team to coordinate deliveries and dispatches. Maintain accurate records and complete general administrative tasks. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth account handling. About You: This role would suit someone who enjoys working across departments, thrives in a structured yet busy environment, and values delivering excellent service. The ideal candidate will bring: Proven experience in account administration, customer support, or a similar role. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy. A proactive, can-do approach and a team-oriented attitude. Confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems (CRM/ERP experience a bonus). What’s in it for you?
