Client and File Management:o Opening and managing legal files while ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering protocols.o Handling client records accurately using various computer systems.o Dealing with client queries and facilitating new instructions/referrals. Specialised Tasks: o Registering Powers of Attorney and managing of wills and documents.o Preparing and submitting forms, including fee notes.o Assisting with debt management processes.________________________________________ Requirements: Qualifications: Highers or equivalent qualifications in English and Mathematics. Skills and Experience: Pleasant telephone manner and efficient message-taking. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems. Prior office experience, preferably within a legal or professional services environment. Attributes: Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
