About Our Client
The client is a leading construction business with sites across the UK.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as a strategic partner to site leadership teams, aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
2. Lead on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance and providing expert guidance.
3. Deliver and embed key HR projects, including talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement strategies.
4. Provide actionable insights through HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
5. Ensure consistent application of HR policies and best practices across all locations.
6. Support organisational change initiatives, including restructures and TUPE processes where required.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate should have:
1. Proven experience in an HR Business Partner role, ideally in a multi-site and fast-paced environment.
2. Proven track record partnering senior stakeholders at Director and Board level.
3. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
4. Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
5. Demonstrated success in delivering HR projects within tight time frames.
6. Flexibility to travel frequently across the West & Midlands regions.
7. CIPD Level 5 (or above) qualification or equivalent experience.
What's on Offer

1. £60,000-£65,000
