The Role
Our Receptionists are an essential point of contact for all our guests, so they are always on stage! Taking responsibility for that initial welcome, those all important first impressions and taking the opportunity to really get to know the guests and anticipate their needs, they are always ready to go the extra mile.
1. Providing a warm and genuine welcome
2. Dealing with guest queries both in person and on the phone
3. Acting as a point of contact for guest queries
4. Providing friendly straightforward service throughout both at the Reception Desk and throughout the guests' stay

6. Excellent communication skills
7. Total commitment to customer service
8. High standards of grooming
9. Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential as full training will be given
