We are seeking an Digital Engagement Co-ordinator to join the ICT Team. The role will include supporting induction training, Office 365 & SharePoint training, creating and updating training materials such as how to guides. You will be a great communicator and have a strong understanding of Microsoft Office.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
* Support IT and best practice training for staff during induction, probation and beyond
* Review and update training materials
* Identify individuals and team training needs within Office 365, SharePoint and key IT skills
* Providing SharePoint support for users, controlling access to document and libraries
* Work with the line managers and the IT team to identify training needs
* Monitor the effectiveness of training based on post-training feedback
* Acting as a Rennie Grove Peace ambassador within the community

Other requirements
•You’ll work up to 37.5 hours a week. •You’ll be based in Rennie House 1 day per week, Peace Hospice 1 day per week and other sites to be agreed with the 365 Change Manager. •Travel between all Rennie Grove Peace offices will be required as part of this role. Full driving licence and access to a vehicle essential •There are currently opportunities for a flexible approach to office and home working to be agreed with your line manager.
