Nestled at the top of Guildford's cobbled high street, amid the bustling shopping area, The Three Pigeons enjoys a prime location. The street is pedestrianised for most of the day, creating a serene atmosphere that invites you to linger and savour the moment.
The Three Pigeons is a delightful two-story pub, seamlessly connected by a quirky open-plan 1960's spiral staircase. Inside, you'll find a rotating selection of cask ales sourced from local breweries, the atmosphere here is warm and friendly, making it a perfect spot for families and furry friends, thanks to its child and dog-friendly policy.

We're on the lookout for a passionate General Manager who will continue to keep this business at the forefront of our customers minds through the creation of strong reasons to visit as well as delivering a phenomenal guest experience.
As General Manager you will be well versed working within a customer service driven environment. Confident within your abilities to deliver operational excellence both front and back of house.
As for your management style, you will be a natural leader. With the ability to galvanise a team of absolute professionals who want to deliver the best guest experience every time whilst ensuring your team are trained, developed, recognised, and rewarded for doing a great job.
