Pay per hour: $18.00 TO START
PT Hours: 8am to 4:30pm
Expected Hours of work: 8am-4:30pm – good attendance is a must
Required to have: Driver’s license and car; Grade 12; Police Clearance; Must have cell phone with data for clock in/out program
Preferred qualifications: Previous experience; Clean appearance – must be able to speak to owners and board members so a clean appearance is mandatory
List of Expected Job Duties:
1. All Janitorial commercial tasks
2. On feet full duration of shift
3. Mopping large areas, vacuuming hallways, area carpets, corners, main floor window cleaning, bathrooms (if one is on that particular site)
4. Garbage/recycling roll out and in, recycling decontamination (moving to proper container), wiping all high touch surfaces, mop and broom garbage rooms, garbage chute rooms
5. Brooming or vacuuming and mopping stairwells
6. Front property debris pick up, any and all common areas in building (i.e., bathrooms, gym, party room, library, elevator and tracks)
Training/Support Provided to the Employee: On-site training by manager or owner. Both are always available to take texts or calls.
