Job Description:
A key role within our team, as a Lead EMEA Campaign Manager at Hott Source in Manchester, is available. This position comes with an estimated salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the Role:
This role is ideal for someone with agency experience managing client accounts, particularly those involved in strategic planning and project management. We are seeking a candidate who can lead teams and oversee full projects from start to finish, developing deep understanding of creative processes along the way.
Main Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Translate and manage creative briefs to ensure successful campaign delivery.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop effective marketing strategies that drive business results.
• Oversee and manage the production process from concept to launch, ensuring all campaigns meet high standards.
Requirements:
• Agency experience managing client accounts and leading teams.
• Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and POS, particularly in the retail sector.
• Experience delivering large EMEA based campaigns and knowledge of strategic planning and project management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
