This Youth Support Worker role involves working closely with students who have been excluded from mainstream education, providing tailored behavioural and emotional support to help them re-engage with learning. The ideal Youth Support Worker will have a genuine passion for supporting young people, along with the resilience and patience needed to encourage positive change.
