Contract Type/Length: Locum ongoing contract. Full time - part time will be considered.
Pay Rate: £28 per hour (Assignment rate)

Duties:
* Supporting Reablement Occupational Therapists with Reablement interventions.
* Assessing minor equipment provision and adaptations.
* Shift work and weekend work required.
* Experience of working with people with disabilities and the elderly.
Requirements of the Occupational Therapy Assistant:
* Recent experience working as a Physiotherapy/Occupational Therapy/Therapy Assistant.
* NHS experience would be advantageous but not essential.
* Must be a car driver.
