Job Description
The duties include:
* Chasing invoices via phone and email
* Working towards team collection target
* Managing cash allocations and bank reconciliations
* Handling customer queries and resolving disputes
* Managing Direct Debit collections
* Working to significantly reduce debtor days
* Reviewing accounts and managing overdue debts
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate MUST:
* Have experience working in a similar role - Essential
* Be able to work in a fast paced environment - Essential
* Have excellent communication and organisation skills - Essential
* Be confident using MS Excel - Desirable
